Hatsuharu Sohma is 15 and the Ox of the Zodiac. Haru has something of a Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde complex related to the
Ox's personality. He is usually calm and placid as the White Haru, like the Ox is usually calm and placid,
but can be goaded into "stampeding", the Black Haru, where he could be edgy, mean and slightly oversexed.
Unlike Kagura Sohma who is completely clueless when she transforms to her violent side, White Haru is conscious during his "black" transformation, but is unable to do anything about it. He just either apologizes or ignores the situation. He's somewhat an interesting character. Additionally, Haru has a rather bad sense of direction.
He has a bicycle but got lost somewhere in his travels. Haru likes to make fun of Kyo passively and wants to fight with him on a regular basis. This all started when he was little. He held a grudge against Yuki. People in his family always made fun of him about how the cow was stupid and let the rat used the him. This made him mad, so mad that he developed a black personality. He soon had forgiven Yuki Sohma after he knew him better.
Haru is mostly seen wearing rockish attire, like biker clothes. It's so sad. He only rides a bicycle because he's not old enough to ride a motorcycle.

a busy number
I went for a visit at Hatori's clinic. To my surprise, I saw Kureno-san lying on a bed in a corner. At first, I thought it wasn't Kureno, with all the blue curtain surrounding the bed. But the moment I glimpsed upon red hair and a familiar Sohma face through a cranny on his shade, I realized that it is him. It's Kureno. It has been a long time since Kureno-san and I met.
Since when did Hatori have a bed in his clinic? Soueba, his clinic looks a lot bigger from what I can recall last time. On the way to progress, I see. Anyway, I guess he's currently observing Kureno-san too. I stood still for a couple of seconds and Hatori witnessed me closing the door after my entrance. "What're you doing here, Haru?" boy, look who woke up on the wrong side of the bed.
Talk about Hatori. I really didn't anticipate my circumstances to be like this. I wanted to talk to Hatori. I wanted to ask him what he felt when Kana left. I know it's embarrassing for me to ask, but we share the same experience. I am looking for someone who can relate to my tragedy. We are cursed with another curse. Each of us have our special someone. However, our dreams has come to an end, with the help of this annoyance.
"Nothing. I was just bored at Momiji's, so I thought I'd drop by. Why? Is it a bad time?" I guess it is.
"Oh, come on, Ha-ri." Higk. Kureno suddenly broke the ice. He quivered over his bed and cleared the curtains. "He wants to see you. That's all."
"K- Kureno? What happened to you, Kureno-oneechan?" I asked him. I wonder if he got beat up again, with all his bandages and cast.
"Kureno, it's better to keep quiet and rest. Now, Haru, you can see that this is not the proper time. It's better if you would visit on another time." And the doctor ordered.
I know it's painful to look back. Hell, at his state, Hatori might kick the living hell out of me if I mention the name Kana to him. But, right now, I'd like to share my yearning with another person who could impart and understand every sentence that I may tell. Probably, it's too much to ask.
